Kirtani Constructions is latter adoption of Kirtani & Associates. The private firm which started the journey of construction in 1986 in Ahmednagar. Mr.Ajay kirtani a civil engineer after takimg initial trainig of 5 years in Three Big and Renowned Construction companies and one architectural firm started this firm with team of four junior civil engineers and some labour contractors(with cordination of Rnowned Architects of that time).
This team has completed more than 100 buildings admeasuring @2000 sqft to 60000 sqft. till 1998 with high quality construction and satisfactory services to Clients at Ahmednagar some of them are as follows.

Brintons Asia Pvt. ltd. is Multinational company having its branches in 10 Countries in the World.

PMC for Construction of new Company of Racold Named as Merloni Termosanitari India ltd. at kharabwadi , Chakan Pune in one year Amounting Rs.5cr.This work was Managed by Employing Separate team of four Civil Engineers for maintaining Quality Control , Schedules of Execution and bill checking as per instruction of Architects..... Total Renovation of Hotel of 64 rooms , Restaurant Area , All Bathrooms ,Waterproofing etc.in 12 months amounting Rs.2cr.

In the year 2000 company decided to make the company private limited and also to go for ISO Registration.The company shifted the head office at pune , Appointed the new engineering and adminstrative staff and started working at pune. Company got registered as Private limited on 2nd february 2000 and also got registerd as an ISO Company and worked in full swing at pune and Ahmednagar.

BHARTI VIDYAPEETH....a Well known Education Organisation having their own Deemed University and 32 Branches of Banks all over India and started beautiful Journey of Construction with them.All this was possible Becauase of Mr.Satish joshi who REffered us to Mr. Shivaji rao Kadam other wise it is very difficult to take entry in any new organisation. 

This was a biggest challenging exprience in our journey of construction.Here we mate many challenging personalities like Patangrao Kadam,Shivajirao Kadam,Vilasro Kadam,many senior Architects,expert rcc consultants.Here main moto of work was to achieve the goals of target schedules of work before stipulated time.

we always appriciated Mr.Shivajirao Kadam. he has unimaginable decision capacity and habit to look after even minor problems and comp[ete concentration on quality of construction and total management of site.He used to spent one complete day on site Every week and motivate all the concerned teams.we have completed following projects with Bharti Vidyapeeth under his instructions and guidance within three years.

2005 was again a very lucky year for us.Reference was given By Our old Guru Mr.DEkhane to both the parties.
This was also very big project first phase started in 2005 and completed in 2008.
The second phase was started in 2009 and was completed in 2012.
Most of the civil work say @ 90 % was Executed by our company.
The project includes following works.
1)Initial land development and levelling.
2)construction of Compound work of 16 acres.
3)construction of two apartment buildings each having 40 rooms and two presuidential suits. 4)10 villa Duplex Apartments 5)Mainblock having different sections for restarants , disco ,Music, Spa , Barsand many more

The total project was Studied By our Expert Team. The Schedules , Quotations , Execution barcharts were made by our expert team. All short staff was Emoloyed from alibaug , New Mumbai, Pune and near by areas , all execution PLans were Certified by Architects , Expert consultants and Clients. After Completing the Necessary Formalities about Rates , Completion Schedules , The site was mobilised and Work was Started within 10 days. So many additions were made while work was in progress.The work wassuccessfully completed in 2008 with Excellent Results.

It was Best controlled Management by our company , the work was carried out in full fledge speed by employing team of @ 25 staff of technical and non technical persons and labour team of about 250 people who worked on no holiday basis.The total Civil work was Completed within 18 calendar months.

The first phase of Sahil Resort was Completed in 2008 and this was Handed Over To Radissons Company Of Hotels. we were Stucked up with sudden Change Of Decsion to postpond the second phase for one year. But God is Great During this Period we Got The Sudden work order from L&T for their Urgent Requirement of Construction of Club House at Ahmednagar.So any how we Got This wonderful job and again a new experience to work with International Level Construction Company. We successfully Completed Their Project within 12 months and got their certificate for their satisfaction about quality and timely completion. As a result we became the permanent registered vendors of L&T.

........AND HERE COMES THE END OF 2009 AND GOT THE WORK ORDER FOR SECOND PHASE OF SAHIL RESORTS...

This was a very cool phase as every thing was set during first phase so the Extension of 54 rooms , library building,gym building and many other miscelineous woks were completed in this phase with a cordination of interior teams within schedule period of 24 months without any trouble. Alibaug being a very calm and cool place surounded by 7 beautiful beaches with a nontrafic atmosphere we enjoyed this journey like to work in heaven. The local politicians and all suppliers were very co operative.

HERE ENDS OUR ALIBAUG JOURNEY WITH A NEW START AGAIN AT PUNE AND BACK TO AHMEDNAGAR WITH SOME NEW PROJECTS FOR SOME RENOWNED BUILDERS AND SOME PRIVATE CLIENTS
